1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using StrivIQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

StrivIQ is a personal running coach application that provides adaptive training plans, workout tracking, and progress analytics. The App is designed to help users plan and follow running training programs based on their goals, fitness level, and schedule. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use automated systems to access the App or scrape data from the service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or other users.
  • Impersonate another person or provide false identity information.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

StrivIQ is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The training plans, workout suggestions, and fitness data provided by the App are for informational and motivational purposes only.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. StrivIQ does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from using the App or following its training plans.

Listen to your body. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms during a workout, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

6. Location & GPS Disclaimer

StrivIQ uses GPS and location services to track your runs, measure distance, and calculate pace. GPS accuracy varies depending on device hardware, environmental conditions, signal availability, and other factors.

StrivIQ is not responsible for inaccuracies in GPS data, including but not limited to incorrect distance measurements, pace calculations, or route tracking. Do not rely on the App's GPS data for navigation, safety, or any critical purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StrivIQ — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, training plan algorithms, and software — are the exclusive property of StrivIQ and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrivIQ and its developers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

In no event shall StrivIQ's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to use the App, if any.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StrivIQ is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
